Monday in the Funshine State

By 8:00 it was pretty hot and humid here in the Funshine State ... but I had Queen serenading me* and I could have walked the full 11 miles that I'm supposed to. Had to get back to take Mom to the hematologist, though, so I only walked for an hour-and-a-half. It's so FLAT here ... the walk was easy.

A very generous donation was made on my behalf last night ... and another was promised. As soon as they clear ... I'll just about be at goal.
Amazing!!!
*I know I'm not supposed to be listening to an iPod while I walk ... but it keeps me company on the long walks. Someday I'll download a greater variety than Springsteen and Queen ... for now they are the ones who keep me going!

    WOO HOO!!!!!!! Reaching a goal is wonderful isn't it? We just love when our goal of getting Meowm to give us treats works out.
