Training begins ... and yes Auntie Bee ... you can most certainly ride your scooter ... because I said so!

Countdown: 21 Weeks
Here's my Training Schedule for This Week:

Monday Rest

Tuesday 3 miles Easy walking

Wednesday Rest

Thursday 4 miles Moderate walking

Friday 30 minutes Easy cross-training

Saturday 5 miles Easy walking

Sunday 4 miles Easy walking

The GREAT news is ... The 3-Day will transfer all the donations from my San Diego account to my San Francisco account!  I was a little worried when Cousin Barry's very generous donation went to Cousin Ro in SD!
